Distillery Tours

Please note our Site is Strictly Over 18’s ONLY

$12.50pp

Experience a Distillery Tour at Table Cape. As we are a small boutique producer you can engage and experience in whatever is happening at the Distillery on the day. We may be making wash that we then turn into our whisky, we may be running our still, or we may be cleaning! Whatever we are up to, Matt will take time to talk you through the process of whisky and gin-making here at Alchymia Distillery and hopefully you will leave with just a little of the passion that we have for this beautiful process.

As we are a small distillery each tour will be limited to 8 people. If you have a larger group please give us a call to book in advance. We look forward to meeting you soon.

Great spirit is made by hand not on a spreadsheet.

Tastings $17.50pp

Enjoy a tasting in our experience room and try the Gin we have made on-site and our first release Whisky that we made at a Mclaren Vale (SA) distillery in 2017. That spirit has been maturating in SA for 4 years and recently joined us in Tasmania in June 2021. The current spirit we are making on-site here at Table Cape will be a couple of years away from being ready but you can try a little taster of the new make spirit too so that you can compare to our 4 ½ yr old spirit!

Happiness comes in many forms.
