Alchymia Single Malt Whisky

Using traditional techniques from the different Whisky regions, we strive to bring you an extraordinary Single Malt Whisky that reflects our passion, our 500ltr Copper Pot Belly Still called ‘Joyce’, after Sarah’s Nan, makes the most wonderful new make spirit that will be transformed over the coming years into our uniquely Tasmanian Alchymia Single Malt Whisky. We are experimental in our approach, using different casks, maturation times and distilling techniques…. That is the joy of being small batch and family owned we are just doing what we love doing. We made our first two batches of Alchymia Single Malt, single Cask Whisky in 2017 while in SA, which are both available to taste and purchase in our tasting room. There will be no filtering of our spirit or colouring added it gets all of its character and colour from the barley and the barrels that we select, it is then bottled to be enjoyed in its true form!
